This report draws cross-cutting insights and recommendations from the thirteen projects funded under the Local Industrial Decarbonisation Plans (LIDP) portfolio. Synthesising evidence from across the portfolio, it sets out LIDP sites’ decarbonisation pathways, details lessons from thirteen sites on what enabled or constrained delivery, and what follows for policy, investment and a practical playbook for programme design.
