The conference will focus on the topic of Skills for the Just Transition. The transition to a low-carbon economy creates new opportunities for SMEs and large companies. However, the increasing demand for this transition has strained the labour market to access the skills and resources needed in this new social and economic landscape.

The discussion will focus on challenges and opportunities in the labour market to adapt to this decarbonisation context, and we will share best practices for supporting the sustainability of new, developing and large companies.

Speakers will include representatives from European institutions, NICE (Net Zero Industrial Cluster Exchange) partners from various countries/regions, and entrepreneurs leading the way in the low-carbon transition and in (re)skilling.
